IGN Entertainment and GameSpy Industries have announced that have signed a merger agreement that will create the worlds largest network of internet destination for gamers. The combination will create the Internet’s largest gaming audience and its highest traffic PC and console game content network with 673 million page views per month and over 22 million unduplicated unique visitors per month according to NetScore. This will also create the largest active gaming subscription base with 194,000 active paying subscribers not to mention a download service that totals 6.1 million downloads per month.
