Metallica sagsøger Napster [15/04] af The Baptizer Bruger informationsoftware:
Wow! I guess after the crap they put out on their last three or four albums, this is the only way they can make news. I seriously doubt they can win this case. I reminds me of when artists tried to sue when Tape Recorders came out and people were taping songs off the radio, same concept, updated technology. We all know people tape songs off the radio, and they don't own the original CD. Plus, Napster makes softare to trade songs. MP3.com is full of songs you can download and trade. This is completely legit. The burden of proof is going to be on Metallicas side and it's going to be a tough case for them to win. Then again, if the Clinton administration grabs hold of the case, they could pervert it like most everything else they touch. If cases like this win, you're witnessing the beginning of censorship on the Internet. Yo Lars, quit trying to blame Napster for your lack of sales. I think Lars Ulrich should just stick to what he's good at, hitting things with sticks.
