Finally, as the meeting breaks, we get our first action sequence... nearly a half an hour into the film. As Anakin and Kenobi walk down a hall, Kenobi gets a call on his cell phone. Seriously! Of course, it isn't a cell phone, but a video-displaying wristwatch called a Motaskoah (a jab at Motorola perhaps?). As Kenobi pauses to take the call, Anakin rounds the corner to find... Darth Maul!

Wasn't Darth Maul cut in half at the end of Episode I?! Well, maybe he's had surgery, because there he is, standing in the hall of Jedi headquarters, patiently waiting for Anakin to turn the corner. Anakin shouts "Darth Maul!" (despite never having seen Maul in person) and instantly draws his light saber.
